In plasterboard suspended ceiling and interior wall cladding applications, the metal carrier framework is formed using K2E Ceiling C Profiles, produced from hot-dip galvanized carbon steel sheets by cold-forming technique. In suspended ceiling systems, one end of these profiles is inserted into the Ceiling U Profile, creating the main supporting structure and the screwing surface for plasterboards. In wall cladding applications, the profiles are placed between Ceiling U Profiles, and plasterboard is fixed on one side.

Thanks to their unique design, K2E suspended ceiling profiles offer higher strength and superior performance compared to standard profiles of similar thickness. They are galvanized in various thicknesses to ensure corrosion resistance, with a minimum zinc coating density of 110–122 g/m². Additionally, the longitudinal channels on the profiles increase strength, while the perforated surface facilitates easy installation.
